While I took this photo in a positive situation around a happy campfire, this image and the emotions it evokes in my mind compel me to remember the children who are living behind flames. Living in atrocious conditions of pain, famine, abuse, war, and fear. May we never forget the bound and oppressed.
They are our brothers and sisters, bound with bonds beyond race and land. Bound by the ties of humanity.
